I’m assuming most of you visited the Expo website at least once prior to the show. We tried to gather all the information you would need and have it all in one place that could be easily navigated. We’re currently 8 months out and we’ve already started thinking about the 2010 Midwest Fly Fishing Expo. Part of this entails tying make the Expo website the best possible, to not only the “customers” but you as well.
Please take a few minutes and revisit the site www.midwestflyfishingexpo.com and give us some feedback. We welcome comments on all areas but our hopes are you guys would help us in the Vendor area. Here are a few questions we’ve thought about since March.
- Did the “Vendor Homepage” contain the first information you needed to know about ?
- Were the document links on the side helpfull?
- Welcome Letter
- Contract Form
- Booth Layout Map
- Should any other documents be listed here?
- Would you like to see additional information on this page?
Did any of you guys look or or use the “Traffic Info” page on the site for travel plans, construction avoidance, or weather forcast information? If so any comment would be appreciated. Was there something that you’d like to see on this page that would be helpful when planning your trip?
Any other info relating to the www.MidwestFlyFishingExpo.com website would be greatly appreciated. 2009 was the first year we used a separate site for the event, we’d realy like to know how it worked out for you! Please let us know. Feel free to post your comments below, or if there is something specific feel free to send an email to our WEBMASTER.
Thanks for your time and see you at the 2010 EXPO!

I like the site.. it would be great, though, if you would make the streaming logos of exhibitors linkable for click through! I am considering exhibiting for http://www.OpenRangeCookware.com (great shore lunch cooking!) and these extra ad ons are always nice..
Heidi,
That’s something that did come up last year but we just didn’t have the time for it. 30 days to get the expo site up from scratch just wasn’t enough time!! Your suggestion is exactly what we’re looking for, good ideas that make our vendors happy and hopefully result in a better show for all. I’ll put that idea on the top of the list for this year!
Thanks,
Eric
