Hello fellow club members. This coming year (2026) we have a few challenges that we are facing, with one major event with the movement of the Midwest Fly Fishing Expo. Besides the Expo, we have other challenges that has come up, as some of our Chair Personal have decided to step down. The MFFC is in need of the following chairperson(s) as we have NO CHAIRS to lead the following events listed below for 2026:
- Banquet: (in May)
- Ultimate Fishing Show: (January 8th thru 11th 2026)
- Outdoorama: (February 19th thru 22nd)
- Trout Tune Up: (April 4, 2026)
- Youth School: (May)
- Public School: (didn’t have last year no chairperson)
If you are interested in running one of these awesome events, please contact me or one of the other Board Members to let them know you want to do this. I do want to give a big thank all the Chairs for the Schools and Events for everything you do. The club couldn’t run without everyone’s help like this. Thanks Todd Schotts, President.
