Our guest tyer for the March 3 meeting is Jeff McGowan who will present a brief history of AuSable guides and fly tyers before demonstrating some classic patterns for fishing after dark. Project Healing Waters – Garden City

Once quarantine is lifted, MFFC volunteers work with Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing to provide basic instruction in all aspects of fly tying to interested veterans, at the American Legion Post 396 in Garden City on the third Thursday of every month. Volunteers are engaged with program participants on an on-going, long-term basis. It’s more than a one-time fishing experience. Click the link above for directions and further details.
