December Speaker Meeting – Glenn Wisner

Glenn Weisner will be the speaking at the December Speaker meeting. He is a long time friend and supporter of the club and a regular at the Expo- as well as several previous meetings. He is a fly-tier first, and was mentored by the late Chris Helm. Owner of Glenn River Fly Co, he makes and sells pattern specific fly-tying kits.
Over his fishing tenure he has developed a particular interest in Dry fly fishing; Spring Creeks; Terrestrials and Midges. He will be giving a power point presentation on fishing “small” flies- especially Midges. His goal is to provide a mix or real bug information, productive pattern examples, fishing techniques and other B.S. stories hoping to convince you of the importance of fishing “small” flies when you Trout fish.
