Join author and MFFC member Jim DuFresne as he explores the intriguing history of Isle Royale National Park and the most popular ways people experience the backcountry of this roadless wilderness in Lake Superior. DuFresne is the author of more than 20 books including Isle Royale National Park: Foot Trails & Water Routes and is the main contributor at www.MichiganTrailMaps.com. DuFresne also served as the Evening Hatch Editor from 2020 to 2024.
