Welcome to Scout School 2022! MFFC presents a fun-filled day learning all about fly fishing! This event is open to all registered Girl Scouts and Scouts BSA. Badge earning requirements are based on the Boy Scout Merit Badge requirements.
MFFC members can take free classes including entomology, fly tying, equipment knowledge, stream etiquette, and fly casting. Lunch is included. Click through for more info!

Youth School provides an enjoyable and positive fly fishing experience for young people (age 7-16) while educating them in all aspects of fly fishing. They will be taught stream-side safety and etiquette. They will learn about the different kinds of fly rods, reels, lines, and leaders. Materials are provided. The date is currently tentative so make sure to watch this site for updates!
